The Siphiso Campsite in Mlawula Nature Reserve provides an opportunity for visitors to enjoy the experience of bushveld camping. The campsite is very spacious, extending about 500 m, providing shaded sites spread out over its length.

The campsite has twelve sites as well as two thatched summerhouse shelters. Each site has a braai area, and water available nearby, and the ablution block offers baths and showers, with hot and cold water.

The campsite is seldom crowded, offering visitors the opportunity to avoid the crowds even on busy holiday weekends.

A bird hide is situated at one end of the campsite, near the start of the short hiking trail which takes visitors on a walk through the woodland near the campsite. The campsite is also the start point for a number of longer hiking trails.

Animals such as nyala, impala, wildebeest, warthog and duiker can sometimes be seen making their way through the campsite.
